Article 1 (Application)

Article 4 (Orders, Inventory, and Cancellations)

The sales contract is concluded when our brand sends an order confirmation email.

  • Made-to-order and pre-ordered items: Changes and cancellations are not permitted after ordering.

  • For regular items: Cancellations are accepted only before shipping preparation begins.

Due to production variations, there may be individual differences in color, texture, and dimensions. The colors displayed on your screen may differ from the actual product.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property and Trademarks)

The name, logo, product design, photographs, text, etc., of "nu/nu" belong to this brand. Reproduction, reprinting, modification, distribution, sale, secondary use, and use as data for machine learning are prohibited without prior written permission.

Article 7 (Prohibited matters)

Violations of laws and regulations, infringement of third-party rights, interference with the operation of this site, bulk purchases for resale purposes, and registration of false information are prohibited.

Article 8 (Exemption from Liability and Limitation of Liability)

This brand does not guarantee the suitability of its products and services for any particular purpose. The brand's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
